Gazprom, Cavagna create JV for components for gas-engine cars
MOSCOW, Jun 5 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom and Italy’s Cavagna Group have created a joint venture for production of component parts for gas-engine cars, as seen by PRIME on Friday in the materials of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The venture is called Gazprom Gazomotornye Sistemy (Gazprom Gas Motor Systems). Gazprom’s unit Gazprom Bytovye Sistemy (Gazprom Utility Systems) owns 65% in it, while Cavagna Group owns 35%. The venture was registered on May 28 in St. Petersburg, and its charter capital stands at 151.8 million rubles.
